Wallaby Organic was inspired by yogurts that was discovered while traveling in Australia. It captured their distinctively creamy texture, delicate body, and subtle sweetness in their signature line of blended lowfat yogurts. It starts with organic milk from local, pasture-based family farms that are made in small batches, using an unhurried cooking process, naturally.
Unlike conventional yogurts, Wallaby Organic offers true flavors that have nothing artificial ever added. They offer a wide variety of creamy Australian-style yogurts and a decadently rich European-style sour cream. While their recipes were inspired by travels abroad, all of their products are made in California’s Napa Valley. I tried the lowfat yogurt and sour cream. The yogurt did have a THINNER consistency that was smooth and mild. It tasted great even my son preferred it better! Here is the ingredients for the Joey™ Lowfat Yogurt for Kids in grape:
Organic Cultured Pasteurized Reduced Fat Milk, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Concord Grape Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavor, Organic Locust Bean Gum, Pectin, Fruit and Vegetable Juice for Color, Vitamin D3.
Our Whole Foods didn't carry the Down Under™ Fruit on the Bottom Lowfat Yogurt. They looked very tasty and also didn't carry many of the flavors. Overall, I would recommend Wallaby Organic! They do cost about $0.45 more than other yogurts. My kids would love if they also sell it in those easy-to-eat tubes :)
