Dr. Marion Blank, the inventor of the Reading Kingdom, has been honored with the Upton Sinclair Award which is given to individuals who have made a significant contribution to education. Sissy actually learned to read when she went into kindergarten. It was probably in the middle of the school year when they started it. When I had a chance to do a review for Reading Kingdom, I couldn't pass it up. Bubbie reading before entering school?! We had an inconsistent start. My fault, for sure, because I would forget!!! We started when I had the garage sale and then forgot about doing it until today. He's still working on the Keyboard & Mouse Training so to be continued...
Buy It: The Reading Kingdom is a subscription-based online reading program. You can get a 30-day free trial by just signing up. After you've created an account you can purchase a subscription.

Khrystina,
I've never heard of this. I will have to look into it! I'm always looking for great educational supplements to do at home!
Check out my list of Preschool, Sunday School, and Homeschool Resources @ http://newdaygrace.blogspot.com/2011/06/preschool-sunday-school-and-homeschool.html
Hope to see you float to the ED more often!
Since we are practically neighbors, we should definitely go berry picking sometime!
Have a great week,
Andrea
The holiday season is fast approaching and you do not want to be stuck doing your shopping last minute. Educational toys are a great gift to give to any child because they can have fun while learning at the same time!
