New from Googly Bands: Necklace and Rings { Review }

Since the last time I posted about Googly® Bands Sissy had collected a bunch more of the bracelets. These bracelets are stretchable and made out of silicone! We received the Rings and Charm Necklace for this review. Sissy and Bubbie opened up the package immediately and started dividing up the pieces. Baby Girl kept picking up the pieces that Bubbie dropped. They are smaller than the bracelets. These are choking hazardous and would only be appropriate for ages 4 and up, so definitely need to be careful. Baby Girl and Bubbie broke a couple of them fighting for them!

The kids got to be on their Fan Page! I bet my kids would like the glow-in-the-dark. They even have tie-dyes and sparkle series. You can click here to see all the bands that are out. The series II were just retired on July 15 and announcing the series XI! Googly® Bands had a contest that ended but will be announced on September 1st for the winner.

Googly® Bands packaging is recyclable and creates less waste, which is good for the planet.

Connect with them on Facebook, Blog, and Twitter!

I received the item(s) at no-cost to facilitate the review & was not paid for this post. My reviews are base solely on my opinions only. Read more about my Disclosure Policy. Thank you for taking the time to read this review.

**CLOSED** Cystex Liquid Cranberry with Proantinox { Review & Giveaway }

Congratulations to Dina at Just Another New Blog!

For informational purpose only.

Take Charge of Your Urinary Health.

I've previous written a post about Cystex for urinary tract infections (UTIs) in a pill form. New from Cystex is the Liquid Cranberry Complex with Proantinox to help prevent and manage UTIs. One Tablespoon will equal 8 Glasses of Cranberry Juice!  See your healthcare provider if you have any color changes with your urine. Urine Color Changes may indict infection or other medical diagnosis that only your health care provider can accurately diagnose.

"Cranberries have long played a role in helping many women, particularly those with recurring urinary tract infections (UTIs), to promote better bladder health. In fact, some 50 percent of women report drinking a lot of cranberry juice when they suspect they have a UTI, according to a survey conducted for Cystex. But drinking eight glasses of cranberry juice is not enjoyable or tolerable, and can be loaded with sugar and calories. A clinically-proven alternative is just one tablespoon of new Cystex Liquid Cranberry Complex with Proantinox taken daily to promote urinary tract health, which can benefit millions of women most susceptible to recurring, painful urinary tract infections."

"Cystex Liquid Cranberry Complex is backed by a new study being published in the journal Urology, which shows 91% of women taking daily Cystex Liquid Cranberry Complex with Proantinox remained free of recurring UTIs. In addition, Cystex Liquid Cranberry Complex:
Is lactose-, gluten- and sugar-free
Is only one calorie per tablespoon
Contains 17 times more proanthocyanidins (PACs) that cranberry tablets"

Active Ingredients:
Proantinox              1937 mg
[Cranberry Concentrate, D-Mannose (from cranberries), FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides), Bromelain (from pineapple)]
Vitamin C                 188mg

Directions: Adult 12 years & older:
Take on tablespoon daily (15ml). Take twice daily if you have symptoms. Drink plenty of fluids.

I can't say never since I had one this year a few months ago. Now, I'm I actually was having symptoms of urgency and tingling a week ago. Hopefully, the Liquid Cranberry Complex will help! I've used the Cranberry Complex for a week and I don't have any of the symptoms any more. Within 24 hours I felt better. Remember if there's any color changes or if symptoms persist, please see your health care provider for treatment. The Cystex Liquid Cranberry Complex only prevents or manage UTIs instead of curing/treating UTIs! It even tastes good like Sunkist Orange but without the carbonation. I just drink it straight up like a "shot" or you can add it to your favorite drink. Remember (this, I must do, too!) to drink plenty of fluids.

Visit Cystex.com for more information on preventing and managing UTIs.

Buy it: A bottle of Cystex Liquid Cranberry Complex retails for $10 or read more to win it.

 BOOK SUMMARY FROM THE PUBLISHER

A tear-free approach to child separation blues—from the bestselling No Cry author a generation of parents have come to trust

Almost every child suffers some sort of anxiety during their first six years of life. Babies cry when grandparents hold them, toddlers cling to mommy’s leg, children weep when their parent leaves them at daycare, at school, or to go to work. This can cause frustration, sadness and stress in an already too-busy day and can break a parent’s heart.

Trusted parenting author Elizabeth Pantley brings you another winning no-cry formula that helps you solve these common separation issues. Pantley helps you identify the source of anxiety and offers simple but proven solutions.

In this exciting addition to the series, she ingeniously includes a free “magic” bracelet inside the book as a special tool for children to feel close to their parents—even when they’re not together. This successful method gives anxious children something to remind them their parents aren’t too far away—instantly providing them with the comfort and reassurance they need

Here’s what the professionals have to say about The No-Cry Separation Anxiety Solution

“In The No-Cry Separation Anxiety Solution, Elizabeth Pantley teaches us the difference between love-based separation anxiety and anxiety that stems from fear. She leaves us knowing that most childhood experiences are healthy, natural stops on the path of development. Through wisdom and many pointers, Elizabeth Pantley will provide a generation with an easier and happier journey through childhood – while also soothing the worry and guilt most parents feel. I’m grateful for this resource – and can’t imagine raising another child without it.”
~ Gavin de Becker, Bestselling Author
The Gift of Fear and Protecting the Gift

“Pantley has replaced the angst of separation anxiety with solid practical tips and empathy for both child and parent. Her magical solutions are remarkably easy to implement and result in calm and happy separations for all.”
Kathy Lynn, President
Parenting Today

‘The No-Cry Separation Anxiety Solution’ is the perfect read for parents.  Not only does Elizabeth Pantley examine and explain separation anxiety, she also provides specific instructions and solutions to help you and your child overcome these challenging moments. Excerpted with permission by McGraw-Hill Publishing from The No-Cry Separation Anxiety Solution (McGraw-Hill, 2009).

I've heard a little about the no-cry sleep solution book from co-workers but never had the chance to read it while having my babies. The no-cry separation anxiety solution was an easy to read book. I read it when I had downtime at work, otherwise, I would be reading the same paragraph over and over at home. I think I'm a little set on my ways, especially Don't make your child "cry it out" to get to sleep on page 108. I agree to some extent especially when children are under the age of 1. At this age it is important to attend to their needs but when they're older...Sissy never took a nap because I was unable to put her down when she was little. I couldn't bear to hear her cry, being a first-time parent. After having the 2nd and 3rd kid, I don't think I could do without their naps!

I agreed with Avoid an In-Arms Transfer on page 24-25. This is great! "To avoid the arms-to-arms transfer, make the change with your baby situated in a neutral place, such as playing on the floor...as you are gone is the best time for the caregiver to pick up your child... in the position of rescuer..." I would definitely be doing this the next time. It just make a lot of sense! There's so much more useful info in the book...so do you want one?

Buy it Or Win it: Buy it at Amazon for $11.53 or you can win it here!

Mandatory Entry: **You must publicly follow Mom of 3 Dolls to enter**Visit Elizabeth Pantley books and let me know which other books interest you. This giveaway will end on September 15 at 1159PM CST. Giveaway is open in USA. Item will be shipped directly from me.  Winners will have 72 hrs to respond or another winner will be picked.

New PC

My wireless from my "new" PC wasn't working that I just brought in June! I really don't have any luck at all!!! I was just going to exchange it but the store didn't carry it anymore, so I decided to down-grade it all together. It was nice having a touchscreen for awhile even though I hardly even use it. Sissy had fun drawing on it...

Last week I dropped off my nieces and stayed with them a few days. I actually had a productive week there. I painted and stenciled the oldest's room. We painted during (Baby Girl) BG's sleeptime.  I'm trying to encourage the younger one to clean her room up by next summer if she wants her room to be done. She has a lot of clothes in the drawers, in the closet, on the bed, and also on the floor...

I'm so proud of BG. She actually stayed dry the whole day and even went Number 2 in the toliet. I'm going to switch over to underwear during the day. I think that had worked the best for potty-training the other kids! I'll have to insert a new pic of her. I think I'm missing pictures from January to March in the old old computer. I need to remember to download them from the computer to my USB memory stuff that I have...

A winner will be announced tomorrow for the Alice.com giveaway. It ends tonight at 11:59 CST, that's in 2 hours...
